Snow Princess Parties was founded in 2015 by our Managing Director, Lydia Welsh. She had a passion for performing arts and fairytale characters, and everyday would get likened to a certain famous frozen princess! She decided to combine her passion with her fortunately princess-like appearance and begin a children’s entertainment company; and so came Snow Princess Parties. The business “snowballed” from there.
We are now led by a team of passionate, creative, entrepreneurial (and slightly eccentric) women, each with their own team of talented, enthusiastic and exciting entertainers, all working together to bring magical parties to 4 year olds!
Our Story
Since our launch…
We have continued to grow dramatically through word of mouth and personal recommendations. We are intent on going that one step further in every party we host, from our initial communication with interested parents to the special day itself. We want the day to be as stress-free and memorable as possible so we can truly leave a lasting impression on every child we help to celebrate. We are therefore very proud of our many hundreds of glowing 5-star reviews – many of our customers often become long-term fans, inviting us to be a part of their celebrations year after year!
Our Head Princess
Our Managing Director, Lydia, personally trains each entertainer to ensure that every single Snow Princess party is a magical and exciting experience, run by a prepared, professional and experienced Princess or Superhero. We passionately believe that the few years when children believe in unicorns, fairies and magic are truly precious, and it is a privilege to bring that fairytale to life in a way that will provide them with experiences to savour and delight in for years afterwards.
Expanding our Kingdom
We have successfully entertained many thousands of children, becoming well-known and highly recommended amongst local nurseries, holiday camps and leisure centres, as well as adults – we have provided characters at corporate events for companies such as Tesco, Dulux and BMW. Our characters have been featured on ITV and in various national and international publications, including The Sun and The Daily Star, as well as starring in a YouTube video with over 7 million views.

Wow wow wow what can I say except thankyou for an amazing party and making not just my little girls party amazing and memorable but giving 36 children an incredible time!! Highlight was definitely Spider-Man’s backflips for parents & children alike but Cinderella was the organised glue that kept the party together and running so smoothly. Both Cinderella and Spider-Man were amazing and I can not recommend them enough!!!!
Thank you so much for such a great party yesterday! We had two very excited and happy five year olds!! Highly recommended, super well organised, great games and little personal touches. Even got the adults involved with some great games!! Thanks again!!
Both ladies kept all 40 of their guests very well entertained for 90 minutes, even managed to get the parents to join in too. I’ve had message upon message telling how wonderful the party was and that their children are absolutely buzzing!
